Refund Policy
You can request a return up to 30 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the email proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact dear.jasminica@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: The Studio, Beckley Lodge, Main Street, Rye, TN31 6RR
All returns will be paid for and arranged by the customer, except in situations where the items arrive damaged. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the items arrive damaged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order after receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Made-to-order items and studio sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
